Pack Your Items
Securely place your unworn garments with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a sturdy box of your choice.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
